Technical Highlights of This Order:

All 27 D1000 Core Barrels are of the extended height version, featuring a barrel height of 1500mm and a reinforced bottom ring, equipped with B47K22H high-wear bullet teeth. This configuration is specifically designed for core retrieval in hard rock formations – as the barrel rotates, the bullet teeth cut an annular groove into the rock face, while the internal inclined plate and core-retrieving teeth work together to break and lift the core out of the hole, significantly improving core recovery efficiency. The extended barrel height reduces the number of trips for bit changes, greatly increasing single-pass drilling depth – saving valuable time for overseas projects.

No Pallets, But Safety Never Compromised

At the customer's request, this batch was shipped without pallets. However, every unit was securely fastened with heavy-duty lashing to ensure absolute stability throughout the long-distance sea voyage.
